Power of Attorney For the Sale of a Motor Vehicle – Connecticut
Related Connecticut Legal Forms
Connecticut has adopted the Uniform Power of Attorney Act as of 2016. The limited power of attorney for sale of a motor vehicle specifically limits the powers of the attorney-in-fact/agent to the tasks listed in the form. The attorney-in-fact/agent has no other authority to act for the principal beyond those duties listed in the form. The limited power of attorney is valid until notice of revocation is sent to all third parties who rely upon the attorney-in-fact/agent to make decisions for the principal concerning the sale of the vehicle.
